Boca Juniors has offered the head coach role to Rodolfo Arruabarrena, who has accepted to ask for a couple of hours to respond. The club is looking to replace Claudio Úbeda after his departure. According to SuperDepor.com, the club's president, Juan Román Riquelme, made the offer in recent hours after a few days of reflection after their exit from the Libertadores group. Arruabarrena has been coach of Boca Juniors from 2014 to 2016 and also has directed Tigre and Nacional de Uruguay. He has been coach of Al-Taawoun in Saudi Arabia until February 2025 and also has directed the UAE national team, Pyramids in Egypt, Shabab Al-Ahli in the UAE, Al-Rayyan in Qatar and Al-Wasl. The club is looking to replace Claudio Úbeda after his departure and is looking for someone who can lead the team to victory in the next season.
